Diana Santacrose, Ph.D. PSY32057
Dr. Diana Santacrose, founder of the Child Resilience Center, is a licensed psychologist who has over a decade of experience providing treatment, assessments and conducting research with infants, children, adolescents, caregivers, and families. She specializes in treating the psychological outcomes following trauma, with experience with foster/adopted families, youth with acute injury or chronic medical conditions, and individuals with diverse backgrounds.
Dr. Santacrose has a range of experience using evidence-based treatment (EBTs) for infants, children and adolescents with mood and anxiety disorders in hospital-based outpatient, inpatient, and community mental health settings. Dr. Santacrose has trained with both national and international leading experts in EBTs and prevention models designed to address various mental health concerns.
Dr. Santacrose completed her B.S. at Cornell University, and her M.S and Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. She completed her pre- and post-doctoral training at the UCLA Semel Institute for Neuroscience and Human Behavior where she worked with the Family STAR (Stress, Trauma and Resilience) Clinic, UCLA TIES for Families, Center for Child Anxiety, Resilience, Education and Support (CARES), and the PEERS (Program for Education and Enrichment of Relationship Skills) Clinic.
